Strong and durable, the Matfer Bourgeat clearing trolley is a superb solution for use in busy kitchens. Made from easy-clean stainless steel, the trolley features four sturdy castors (two braked) to allow easy positioning wherever required.

The trolley is also supplied with a tough 76 litres polyethylene waste bucket, making the trolley perfect for scraping away food scraps and easily transporting it to wherever needed. On top, the trolley features a handy push bar and four 2/4 size gastronorm trays - perfect for utensils or cutlery.
