Description

Perfect for prepping large quantities for fruit and vegetables quickly and safely, the 3 phase Sammic CA-62 saves time, effort and money in the busy commercial kitchen. Able to prep up to 1000kg per hour, the CA-62 can chip, slice, grate, shred, dice and much more, thanks to the interchangeable cutting grids and discs. Specifically designed for heavy duty use, the veg prep machine is ideal for schools, hospitals, large restaurants and production kitchens thanks to its large automatic hopper and powerful two speed motor. Supplied with disc kit 2, which includes 4mm julienne and shredding discs, a 3mm curved slicer, 10mm chipping and dicing grids as well as a 10mm slicing disc.
