Main focus from Ice-O-Matic is the food safety with components in the food zone that can easily be cleaned and are even dishwasher-safe. This ice machine is available in either full-cube ice (cube size 22 x 22 x 22mm) or half-cube ice (cube size 22 x 22 x 10mm).
