With user-friendly programming and touch-screen controls, the Foster EcoPro G2 CT75 Controlled Thaw Cabinet is an advanced unit able to defrost large quantities of frozen food safely from -18/-21C to +1/+4C in around seven hours - reducing the amount of time taken to defrost . With impressive up-to-date technology, once programmed, the cabinet alternates between circulating gentle heat and refrigeration to ensure a safe, even thaw overnight. Once thawed, the food is kept at a safe temperature, ready to remove for further preparation. Supplied with heavy duty castors.
